I juz bought this guitar (with pu). The sound is really suprisingly loud, plenty of mid-range, despite its smaller body size. The plugged sound is even better, polished and powerful. Really coudn't tell the difference from a full sized guitar sound. Most importantly, the Fishman PU can really contoured the trebel, mid & bass to my sonic preference. Worth every penny. I've tested one very well known guitar brand with similar size and with solid spruce top prior to buying this one and this one wins hands down in terms of sound projection, mid-range quality and especially price wise.
